Please note that the material is with the posting department and they are not equipped to answer highly technical philatelic questions.
Offers not accepted.
Stamps are Original Gum or No Gum as Issued unless otherwise indicated. If hinge status is mentioned (NH, LH, HR, etc.), the stamp is mint.
Note: The purchase of our material implies that the buyer has thoroughly read the description, studied the photos, and understands and accepts our listing policies.

OVERSEAS SHIPPING POLICY
Packages under $50 can be sent via regular first class mail if the buyer is willing to accept the responsibility in the event of loss. Due to the high number of recent losses, packages over $50 in value and under 4 pounds in weight will be shipped via registered mail, a $14.95 fee which is added to the cost of the postage. (Postage is based on weight and destination.) Packages over 4 pounds will be sent via express mail and those charges are based on total weight and destination. Expensive packages will be sent with insurance at the seller's discretion.

Payment instructions including phone number and address can be found in the "Shipping and Payment" information for each lot.
Please note that as a regular business with the usual office hours, we are unable to invoice or respond to emails during non-business hours or on weekends.
International Buyers Please Note:
• Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
• Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
• These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
• We do not mark merchandise below value or as ‘gifts’ - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Returns:

There is a 14 day return policy to ensure customer satisfaction! All return postage is the responsibility of the buyer and is a non-refundable expense.
This return policy does not allow time for certification.
